Everything is Energy: Are You Ready to SHIFT Yours?

Let’s talk about energy. I know I say this all the time, but it’s true: everything—and I mean everything—is energy.

Dr. Joe Dispenza puts it perfectly when he says that if you want to change your life, you have to personify the energy you want to bring into the world. It’s not just about doing more; it’s about being that energy. Imagine how different things could feel if you aligned yourself with the frequency you want to experience. That’s how we create our reality.

I have lived this firsthand, and I see it unfold in the lives of the people I work with everyday.

Of course, I know it’s easier said than done—especially in today’s world. Over the weekend, I was reminded of how important it is to "reset" myself each day. It’s so easy to jump right into the day and get caught up in what you need to do in your day.

But what if you took just 30 minutes each morning to check in with your energy? What if you tuned into what frequency you’re working with, noticed what’s out of alignment, and shifted yourself back into balance before the day even started? What if you did that every day for a week? Can you imagine the impact it would have on your reality?

"We are moving through a time where we need to do whatever it takes to "reset" our own unique operating system!"

Our energetic frequency shapes everything around us.

If we’re not feeling well, whether physically or emotionally, it’s a signal that something is off. Instead of accepting that low energy as our reality, we can use it as a catalyst to go deeper.

What’s really going on here? What is your body trying to tell you?

When I’m feeling off, I remind myself that it’s my body’s way of signalling that something needs my attention. I have learned that every pain, every emotion, every little “off” feeling is my body’s way of telling me something is out of alignment, something that needs healing or care. I’ve learned to listen, using my physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies as a roadmap to guide me toward what needs my love and attention.

We all have the ability to do this! This week, I invite you to really tune in—not just to your physical body, but also to your emotions.

Ask Yourself: What’s Really Going On?

Instead of pushing through or brushing off your feelings, take a moment to track where these emotions or physical symptoms are coming from. You may even find yourself tracing them back to their original source. (And, if you’re ready for that next step, let me know!)

Here are a few simple steps I use for my daily frequency check-in:

  1. Check-in with Your Body: Where are you feeling discomfort? Take a moment to really tune in and listen. Do you notice any physical stiffness, pain, or discomfort? What emotions are surfacing—anxiety, overwhelm, anger, guilt? Try doing this first thing in the morning, and if you can, keep a journal nearby to write down what comes up.

  2. Get Curious About the Emotions or Discomfort: What feelings arise? Is there a pattern here? Recognize that this might be something deeper that’s been holding you back.

  3. Identify Old Belief Systems: Do you notice recurring thoughts or beliefs that keep you in a low state? These can be subtle but powerful. Question them—are they still serving you?

  4. Shift Your Vibration: Once you understand what’s going on, try this technique to release that energy.

Here’s a simple exercise to try:

    • Breathe in light (inhale for a count of 3, sending the breath into the area where you’re feeling the emotion or discomfort).

    • Hold the breath for a count of 3.

    • Exhale and release the negative emotion, thought, or physical pain.

  5. Repeat a few times, and then intend that the feeling, thought, or discomfort be released for good. Take a moment to feel gratitude for your body’s ability to show you what it needs, and for your ability to shift that low-vibe energy into a higher frequency.

Meditation, grounding, chakra balancing, or energy healing can also help clear what’s been keeping you stuck. Also, try keeping a journal to reflect on what changes or shifts as you practice this daily. By the end of the week, you’ll likely notice a shift in your overall mood and well-being.

When we release these stuck energies, we make room for a higher frequency. Your body, mind, and spirit are all interconnected—when one part is out of alignment, it affects everything else. But the moment you start peeling back those layers, you open up the possibility of becoming the best version of yourself.

Remember: You are Not Stuck

You’re on a journey, and every step, even the challenging ones, is part of your evolution.
